Designer RaydarAuckland, NZ
Senior Creative (Advertising)
Raydar is looking for a Senior Creative to join their growing team. You will be an ideas-driven thinker – a talented senior art director with writing ability, or an experienced copywriter with a good eye.
Who we are
Raydar is Australasia's leading strategic activation agency. We combine intelligence, creativity and best-in-class execution to produce game-changing campaigns that influence choice for some of New Zealand's leading brands.
The Senior Creative role is a vital position within our growing business. This is an opportunity for you to make a real contribution within a dynamic company, and to make a mark for your career. You will be vital in forging exciting change in a new and evolving space within the industry.
You'll join a dynamic team of creatives and designers in a pivotal position as we continue to create distinctive, award-winning work that shifts the boundaries of strategic activation campaigns.
You will be a conceptual and visual expert. Along with the Head of Creative, you will be responsible for driving the creative reputation of the agency. You will maintain a strong focus on creating brave, disruptive and inspiring ideas and will work with the Design Director and the creative and design teams to execute these to the highest standard.
The work we produce is ideas-led, wide-ranging and integrated in it's approach. So you will have a multi-disciplinary ability to develop strong ideas that can be expressed through wide-ranging channels and touch-points from outdoor, digital, social through to instore and experiential touchpoints.
You will possess strong leadership skills to provide mentorship to other members of the creative team. In this role, you will assist and coordinate the execution of projects throughout the agency team, as well as oversee external partners and resources to execute campaigns.
This role is a client facing role, so it is essential that you are a confident and clear communicator to be able to persuasively present ideas and foster strong relationships with our clients.
