Consistently delivers high quality services to all customers both internal and external.
Appropriately manages resources within budget and project schedule. Also responsible for the design, layout and formatting of materials.
Develops and implements design language.
Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
Works with Data Processing/Pre-Media team in the design/branding of documents to be used in variable data.
Performs other duties as assigned by Senior Designer or Art Director.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field OR minimum of 2 plus years of relevant work experience.
Design ability and proficiency in software applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is required.
Must have a strong sense of concept development, in addition to communication, research, problem–solving and presentation skills. Individual must be proactive, creative, and a relationship builder.
Ability to imagine, create designs that convey meaning and hand sketch.
Web design skills are preferred.
High-energy professional and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Ability to create, develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff members and clients alike.
Knowledge of Workamajig or other project management software strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of concepts and trends in emerging media and the ability to translate this into actionable recommendations.
