Texture, by Next Issue, is a digital magazine platform owned by Condé Nast, Hearst Magazines, KKR, Meredith, News Corp, Rogers Media and Time Inc. It's a completely new way for readers to experience the world’s best magazines, reimagined for how people consume content today.
Texture combines everything readers know and love about the print magazine experience and layers onto
it the power of digital—giving people a curated reading experience that's available anytime, anywhere.
Texture Media is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to help in their mission to redefine how people enjoy
the world’s best magazines. You’ll play a vital role in building both the product and brand for Texture,
the all-you-can-read-in-a-single-subscription magazine app.
As a member of a Marketing team of 12 people, the right candidate will impact the group’s ongoing
campaigns and suggest new efforts. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to ensure
the product is marketed creatively and effectively. As well, you’ll occasionally work with other departments
to help deliver a customer experience that meets the expectations set by Marketing.
You’ll create across various mediums and channels (including print, display, social media, email and the
Texture website). The objective of the work is simple: to get more people to try Texture, engage with it deeply,
and keep subscribing to it.
