SNR CREATIVE DESIGNER or CREATIVE DESIGNER

Successful candidate should possess the following:

Degree/Diploma/Certification in Architecture/Interior Design with 3-5 years experience in concept development,
space planning, construction detailed drawings, materials application, budgeting and tender processes
for retail and commercial projects. (candidates with lesser years of experience may also apply)

Proficiency in AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-up, freehand sketches, Adobe Photoshop,
Illustrator and related software.

The Job:

Create and design projects from conceptualization to completion

Work independently or with teams to produce high quality presentation drawings, materials
and construction drawings

Manage fast pace, challenging projects with ownership; cooperating with clients and internal
partners to ensure successful delivery of projects

Snr Designers may lead and manage a team of designers

Initiate and create growth in design revenue

The Person:

Creative and innovative in generating new concepts and ideas

Result-oriented and passionate to deliver projects that inspires and on time

Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently or lead team to work in harmony and cooperation to achieve
clients' requirements

Your responsibilities...

Generate concepts and design proposals for clients

Prepare layouts, mockups, illustrations and plans to communicate design concepts

Work closely with creative team and the client(s) for timely delivery of creative solutions

Propose unique branding opportunities and concepts for both our international and local clients

Deliver work that meets or exceeds client's expectations

Monitor, track and coordinate job progress and costs

Mentor, develop and cultivate leadership qualities of junior designers

What we need from you.....

Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design or relevant fields

Proficient with CS4 series onwards Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Adobe Flash, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Office 2008, Mac platform

A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to multi-task, team player and work long hours under pressure

Possess Good Presentation, Communication and Management Skills

Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
