out there? Can you speak the language of a developer?
We are looking for an Art Director who isn’t limited by anything technical and has a portfolio that will
make our current designers jealous.
From beginning to end, you’ve concepted, art directed, and executed on great digital work….
and lead other designers through it as well.
You live and love the internet and know how to use it to make your life better.
You know you have a lot to learn, but can recognize fonts like people’s faces.
You care for a project down to the last pixel, but you don’t take constructive criticism personally.

As an AD at Modea, you will create work that makes both our agency and the brands we work with famous;
just as you have been doing for years. We expect our Art Directors to use every ounce of their conceptual,
design, and leadership skills to develop brand-building, award-winning ideas, as well as helping to ensure
that they’re executed at a world-class level across any media (interactive, print, broadcast, outdoor, etc.).
We expect executions that are effective in the marketplace and could also be seen on Mashable,
TechCrunch or on an award table at Cannes or One Show.
Responsibilities
Create idea-driven, brand-building work that earns recognition in top creative award shows
Proven track record of pushing a team of designers to perfection in terms of execution.
Concept and collaborate on big campaign ideas and execute across all channels
Establish the tone of a project and ensure it is consistent with brand guidelines
Provide, craft, and produce all visual elements of creative projects
Deliver engaging presentations to both clients and team members
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in a design field with significant experience in digital.
Exceptional creative portfolio that showcases your talent and passion.
Outstanding creative ability and strong concept and strategic development skills
Ability to design in a wide variety of styles
Ability to work with a team across all creative disciplines
An understanding of branding and brand development
Experience with digital and social media or a willingness to learn
A good sense of humor and no ego.
