Job Description: Graphic Designer

CentraArchy Restaurants is seeking a creative design professional who brings an outstanding portfolio
of print as well as marketing savvy to the table. The Graphic Designer is exclusively responsible for creating
compelling digital marketing campaigns, print collateral, advertising and a variety of environmental/trade
graphics.

The designer will work within the restaurants small-scale marketing department and lead the development,
implementation and maintenance of the company’s brands, working to ensure consistency and creative
excellence through print, environmental and digital spaces.

WAX IS LOOKING FOR A DIGITAL DESIGNER

You love interactive design solutions, from UX and typography to illustration and photography.
You'll join our award-winning creative teams and work collaboratively to produce compelling, interactive
concepts and high-end digital design solutions. In fact, you love design so much – a fundamental
ingredient in everything WAX does – you live to create flawless user experience.

You have a minimum 5 years experience in the digital media design space, formal design training,
and strong typographical skills. The concept of branding is part of your lexicon, and proficiency in online
marketing and media concepts a given.

We expect an in-depth understanding of advanced Web design techniques, such as HTML5, the present
capabilities of Web browsers, as well as strong skills in Adobe's CS suite.
You can generate your own ideas, but are also a team player and can take direction and run with it.

In addition to being an outstanding designer and all-around clever person, our Digital Designer must have
strong communication skills and have the ability to juggle multiple projects (juggling flaming swords is also
a cool skill if you have it.)

Job Expectations
- You have ideas. That's paramount. Beyond that you have: Experience designing
for digital campaigns and web builds. Ability to develop interactivity/process flow and site maps.

Design interests that extend beyond digital into branding, print etc. Understanding of UX and user behaviors.
Knowledge of the technical possibilities in digital production. Interest for industry trends and technology developments.

Extensive experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects and other CS6 applications.
A Solid understanding of HTML database-driven technology platforms. A desire to solve client's business
problems and not just make art. A strong attention and a keen, sharp eye.

KOJO has an immediate position for a Senior Digital Designer.

The successful applicant will have design running through their veins.

You will have a keen eye that your 'regular' friends just don't understand. You will see the perfection
in a paper clip, the importance of wearing your hat at a certain angle, the beauty in the reaction between
the spilt coffee and milk on the kitchen counter. You will look at everything with a new eye.

Brands and advertising are something you tune into and want to push the boundaries of.
This is not noise to you. You want to roll around in it.

You will want to push your designs further into the digital space.
You want to live in a Minority Report interface and shop in a Total Recall mall. Seeing a site that is just
as beautiful on mobile as it is on desktop gives you tingles down your spine.

Junior Graphic Designer

Saddleback Limited is a marketing-led company and the UK’s leading distributor of elite performance
cycling products. Based in Yate (10 miles northeast of Bristol/15 miles northwest of Bath), Saddleback
is a young vibrant company with a real passion for cycling and has built an excellent reputation and image
within the cycle industry. Saddleback is the exclusive UK distributor for leading brands, including Felt Bicycles,
Castelli clothing, ENVE composites, Lazer helmets and Bont shoes. Impeccable presentation and brand
image is of great importance to the company and forms a large part of its ethos.

To support current activities and facilitate future growth, Saddleback needs to expand its marketing team.
A Junior Graphic Designer is required to assist the marketing team. As the Junior Graphic Designer,
you will assist with the vital activity of delivering great looking and engaging marketing material across
both traditional and new media channels.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a strong marketing team and develop a wide range
of creative skills, working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Photoshop
and Illustrator is required. Knowledge of the cycle/sport industry is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will be creative with a real passion for design, branding, typography
and be up to date on current trends.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Publish news, reviews, events, promotions to the company’s websites and social media and traditional
channels via web content management systems.
• Create artwork elements for B2B/B2C websites, email newsletters, promotions and social media channels.
• Maintaining brands' product image library and digital assets for the B2B/B2C sites, assisting with image
requests from the cycle media and dealers.
• Capture, edit, distribute and store product photographs.
• Preparing sales support materials, including printed offer sheets.
• Serving as liaison between the cycling media and the company, dealers, print suppliers
and various marketing services.

Skills required
• A relevant degree in design.
• A passion and flare for design in both traditional and digital media channels.
