As an Art Director you will support this process from conception to implementation, lead a team with experience and know-how and and have the opportunity to shape our projects in a sustainable and unique way.

Your tasks

• shared project responsibility with the Account Manager and Creative Director
• independent quality control and coordination of projects – from conception to finalization
• holistic designing – from the conceptual brainstorming and derivation to the detailed concept and the operative elaboration
• visualization of ideas and concepts
• independent creation of customer presentations
• independent work including leadership and guidance of members of the design teams
• independent integration of creative and customer-relevant conceptual impulses beyond the project work

Your profile

• excellent understanding of digital media, social trends and the economic context
• at least five years of practical experience as a designer
• feeling for modern content with high aesthetical demands
• very high affinity for fashion and solid experience in this field
• ability to advise others on social media and digital storytelling
• independent and reliable way of working
• distinct analytical mindset
• self-responsibility and organizational skills
• attention to details and very high quality standards
• excellent communication and presentation skills with partners at all levels
• ability for teamwork
• great interest in technical and strategical innovations
