The TIBCO Products and Technology Group is responsible for the creation of new software products, the continued innovation and development of existing products are the on-going support of those products through the full product life-cycle.
Due to substantial growth we are now looking for an experienced and motivated UI / UX Designer to join our thriving, innovative team in Swindon
The job holder will be expected to perform the following:-
Responsible for designing the user experience for new BPM products and enhancements to existing products.
Complete all steps in the product design process from conceptualization, detailed user interface, functional design, through implementation and usability review.
Develop innovative user interface designs in response to marketing requirements, user analyses, product innovation, technology, and business needs.
Develop conceptual models, personas, workflows, design prototypes, and user interface specifications.
Present and explain complex concepts, designs and interaction models to a variety of audiences.
Conceive, set, and implement user interface guidelines and standards, ensuring that these guidelines are followed during the development and maintenance of the product.
Present design concepts and negotiate with stakeholders to arrive at a design that supports both the business and a strong user experience.
Work with other designers on large-scale design efforts.
Follow company and global design standards and apply these to designs.
Provide accessible designs that are responsive to required form-factors and users with usability difficulties.
Evangelize usability, simplicity and high quality design.
The role may, on occasion, require you to travel across the UK, Europe and rest of the world.
Bachelors, Masters, PhD or HND in subjects such as Computer Science, User Experience Design, Software Engineering or related subjects or equivalent qualification / experience
A proven track record in UX design
Designing, building and testing interactive prototypes
Experience of graphical packages such as Sketch, Photoshop and Axure
Development of user personas and scenarios
Creation and documentation of layout patterns and navigation systems
Working in an Agile Environment
Web Application Programming
Proven commercial project experience, preferable in a relevant business vertical domain
Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment
Fluency in business English (written and spoken)
