Responsibilities:
Creative strategy and execution
Concept and execution of creative from traditional media to digital
Support, contribute and collaborate with our creative team
(Yes, you will be involved in one way or another with virtually every project)
Initiate and conduct creative brainstorming sessions
Oversee projects through to completion: from concept to design to production
Attend client meetings as needed
Plan and attend photo shoots: art direct shoots and talent
Attend press checks as needed
Maintain a quality of work that is as good as, if not better than, outside creative agencies
Present creative concepts, campaigns and deliverables as needed
Skills
Basic Qualifications:
A 4-year degree required with strong preference in graphic design or art direction
__6-10 years of advertising agency experience
Other Skills Needed:
__A desire to create the best work possible, even with small budgets
_A collaborative spirit
The willingness to assist and mentor others on the creative staff
Initiative to lead
A sense of urgency
An understanding of print production
A thorough knowledge of branding
A fundamental competency for creating digital
An ability to articulate a concept
Keen attention to detail
Solid presentation, listening and communication skills
Ability to lead a creative critique and support creative strategy
Proficiency in all relevant software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.
